Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical pharmacy, drug policy, or formulary management, preferably in a health authority, government, or regulatory setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to varied audiences. Effective collaboration and consensus-building skills with multidisciplinary teams. Proven ability to foster partnerships with stakeholders inside and outside of Pharmacy. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to health equity, and evidence-based practice. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change. Ability to translate complex concepts into understandable components. Ability to prioritize workload and multiple projects on an ongoing basis to meet the needs of a dynamic work environment. Project management skills to plan, develop and implement new programs.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in drug evaluation, health technology assessment or pharmacoeconomic analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e., Excel, statistical software) and familiarity with drug utilization data. Experience with Epic analysis tools (e.g. Slicer-Dicer).
