A post-secondary degree with experience that aligns with the content area of CrCA (e.g., nursing, health leadership, quality improvement, health business, epidemiology) is required. Has a minimum 5 years of experience leading, implementing, and evaluating provincial or multi corridor initiatives (preferably in critical care). Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence decision making through synthesis and interpretation of data and evidence, and experience with change management. Knowledgeable in quality improvement, change and project management, and critical appraisal. Competent in data, information, and analytics to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Applied systems thinking to analyze and improve processes across the health system continuum, contributing to measurable operational improvements or efficiencies. Successfully managed multiple concurrent projects, consistently meeting deadlines, balancing competing priorities, and delivering results with minimal supervision. Applied structured planning and organizational methods to manage workload, resulting in on-time task completion, high accuracy rates, and minimal errors or rework. Communicated complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, through presentations, reports, or briefings that informed decision-making. Built and maintained effective working relationships with internal and external partners, resulting in successful collaborations, partner alignment, or sustained partnerships. Facilitated meetings leading to consensus among partners and successful management of competing priorities. Demonstrated ongoing professional and personal development through continuous learning, skill acquisition, certifications, or progressive increases in responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Formal certification in one or more of the following: Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Implementation Science. Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
