A post-secondary degree aligned with NCA content areas (nursing, nutrition, occupational therapy, epidemiology); Master’s preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered. Demonstrated ongoing professional and personal development. Understanding of Alberta’s health care system and the continuum of care, including the complexities and inter relationships among different service providers and sectors within a Learning Health System. This understanding is key to identifying barriers, challenges and opportunities with the system. Minimum 5 years of experience leading, implementing, and evaluating provincial or multi corridor initiatives (preferably in neurosciences). Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects, manage competing timelines, adhere to firm deadlines, and work independently with limited supervision.
