Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline and plus a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-phase initiatives involving diverse stakeholders, competing priorities, significant risks, and cross-functional dependencies. Proven expertise in planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating large-scale projects while building strong partnerships with internal teams and external organizations, including Provincial Health Agencies and Provincial Health Corporations. Strong understanding of shared services environments, including finance, HR, IT, procurement, risk, audit, and information/privacy. Skilled in developing governance frameworks, service agreements, accountability structures, and performance measures to drive service excellence. Adept at analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, identifying risks and service gaps, developing innovative solutions, preparing executive-level recommendations, and leading change initiatives. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining quality, stakeholder alignment, and strategic outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field, 10 years' experience, and 5+ years in corporate services, shared services, or complex organizational environments (public sector experience preferred). Demonstrated experience in contract/relationship management and cross-organizational coordination. Strong understanding of corporate service functions (e.g., IT, finance, HR, audit, procurement, privacy). Experience designing or managing shared services or enterprise service models.
