Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or related environment Strong skills in project planning, implementation, and coordination. Expertise in stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and collaborative leadership. Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives. Advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). Ability to work independently within a complex, multi‑stakeholder organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP). Certification in quality improvement (AIW Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma, IHI, etc.). Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI). Knowledge of Connect Care/Epic; Epic certification considered an asset. 3–5 additional years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, service design, strategy, policy development, or human services.
