A baccalaureate degree in a health care discipline is required. Recent experience leading investigations of clinical adverse events using Systematic Systems Analysis (SSA), Canadian Incident Analysis Framework), or equivalent methodologies is required. Recent experience managing projects or leading initiatives is required. In-depth expert-level knowledge of the theory and application of patient safety and quality improvement principles, including reviews, processes, and tools, is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities simultaneously. Evidence of a clear and ongoing pattern of professional and personal development.
