Join our pediatric analytics and AI team in reshaping pediatric healthcare through groundbreaking AI and analytics. This role offers an opportunity to drive cutting-edge AI/ML solutions aimed at elevating patient outcomes, enhancing clinical workflows, and improving operational effectiveness across Alberta with global relevance. Embedded within two high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and reporting functionally to the Children's Health Alberta triad leadership, you'll utilize Alberta’s world-class health data resources to validate, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions directly addressing frontline clinical and operational needs. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Management Analytics (MMA), Management in Artificial Intelligence (MMAI), or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years applied experience in analytics or AI/ML, including extensive skills in Python. Demonstrated expertise in data validation, feature engineering, model development and deployment, as well as MLOps practices including performance monitoring. Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills. Commitment to ethical practices and leveraging AI for impactful results.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience leading AI/ML projects in healthcare settings. Familiarity with clinical data and healthcare systems. Proficiency with SQL and working within Snowflake and Azure environments.
